The United Diversity Business Diversity Summit intends to ignite small business opportunities to help move the small businesses forward in the state of Arizona.

The Summit will feature significant keynote speakers, substantive breakout sessions, numerous networking opportunities, and insightful resources. Presentations are targeted toward businesses with well-developed Diversity and Inclusion programs, as well as those businesses without current efforts but who want to engage.

Join us to hear from professionals and learn Innovative ways to address diversity and inclusion while engaging local communities and supporting small businesses.

The annual conference is the largest summit in the Valley with over 200 at our last in-person conference in 2021 and over 1,000 attendees at each of our virtual programs across the Nation in 2020, 2019 and 2018. For 2023, we are expecting attendance to reach over 500.

Our goal continues to provide companies and professionals with the tools and resources necessary to remain competitive in a global economy.
