Green and low-carbon development has become a global consensus. In 2020, China also proposed goals to peak carbon emissions by 2030 and reach carbon neutrality by 2060. Supply chain carbon neutrality has become another “main force” in the carbon neutrality revolution after carbon trading and green power trading. It is also a crucial means to realize carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.
