The curriculum of the 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Program helps yoga seekers to learn and develop skills in all yoga-related aspects, i.e., Pranayama, Yoga Asanas, Meditation, Mantra Chanting, Mudras & Bandhas, and much more.
