In this special 90 minute session, Jaime will guide you through a gentle yoga sequence to get your prana moving, followed by a grounded deep Yoga Nidra meditation lying on the floor. The practice of Yoga Nidra or “yogic sleep” helps to tap into your emotional well-being, promotes reduced stress, deep relaxation, and better sleep. Jaime will guide you through tuning into and relaxing different parts of your body while Katie gently places needles to help circulate your energy channels.
